William T. Goodwin II, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Goodwin grew up in Newport News, graduated from Virginia Tech, and attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University where he met his wife, Brooke, who is a Valley native and graduate of Spotswood High School and UVA. After completing his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of Cincinnati, he and Brooke moved home to Grottoes to start their family in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.  When he’s not helping patients, Dr. Goodwin is enjoying time with his family which now includes his daughter, Mary Susan, and son, William Thomas Goodwin III.  He also enjoys being outdoors, running, reading, cooking, hunting, and continuing advanced education in oral surgery.

Dr. Will loves his family, church, and practice and is passionate about living out his faith through his work which is why treating his patients, team, and referring practices like family is so important. He feels very blessed to be able to serve the community he loves.

Amy S. Reichert, DDS, MSD

Periodontist

Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology

Dr. Reichert is a Richmond, VA native, but spent her undergraduate years in Harrisonburg, VA at James Madison University. She returned to Richmond to attend dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University. Here she received her DDS degree, and then studied further to receive her MSD degree based on her clinical research and her certificate in periodontics and implant dentistry. Although she will always have a place in her heart for her hometown, she missed the Shenandoah Valley dearly during her years at VCU, and she is thrilled to be back.

 

Dr. Reichert provides dental care specific to periodontal diseases and replacement of missing teeth. She continues to attend meetings and courses to ensure she is providing the best possible care for her patients. At the office, her goal is to always create a relaxing environment where her patients feel like family. When she’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Amy enjoys hiking, painting, spending time with her friends and family and spoiling her dog.
